We provide assistance to our clients in regard to administration of their health and related benefit programs. We can work with a groups existing group benefit plan representative or may provide our clients with a list of qualified representatives with significant experience in the group benefit insurance arena. We also help our clients in assessing the overall structure of their benefit programs and the possible benefits of adding flexible spending plans and cafeteria plans.

401K Plans

OnePoint Employer Solutions understands that not all businesses are the same. Some businesses need to provide matching 401(k) contributions in order to retain employees and others compete in an industry where employer matching is not feasible. OnePoint has developed and implemented a multi-employer 401k plan. This allows each of our clients the ability to offer their employees a 401(k) plan with minimal employer administrative cost while still offering flexibility of menu options so that the plan fits each organizations needs. With the plans flexible match options, profit sharing options and safe harbor options, our clients and their employees can obtain a quality 401(k) product at a low administrative cost.
Additionally, in providing our plan, we work with local third party administrators and local investment advisors in order to give our employers and their employees one-on-one support while containing administrative costs.

Section 125 Full Flex Plan (Multiple Employer Platform)

One effective strategy for reducing the overall benefit cost for employees is utilizing our Section 125 flexible benefit plan. A Section 125 plan allows us to deduct from our worksite employees paychecks the total cost of most benefits on a pretax basis. This will reduce the employees taxable income and reduce the employers payroll tax costs. In addition to the direct purchase of benefits, employees (who are with adopting employers) may make an election to have deductions taken pre-tax from their paychecks to fund qualified un-reimbursed medical expense or dependent care costs.
Because our flexible benefit plan is structured on a multiple employer platform, each of our employer clients may customize their plan to their needs. This also provides each group a great deal of flexibility in the amount of funding that is made to the plan.

Group Dental

Many employer groups and employees may have individual situations or want to continue to see their personal dentists or optometrists. We work with a groups representative to assist with the administration of a flexible, workable plan in which the employer has the option of paying a portion of the premium or allowing the employee to pay the full premium.

What would happen if you became unable to work and you lost your income? Could you continue to support you and your families lifestyle? Can you continue to pay your mortgage and your car payments? Through group disability plans, the employer has the option of paying a portion of premium or allowing the employee to pay the full premium.

Our employer groups can increase the level of death benefits while containing costs through a group life policy. The employer has the option of paying a portion of premium or allowing the employee to pay the full premium.

We have both Columbine Federal Credit Union and Public Service of Colorado Credit Union Memberships available to our worksite employees.

Through our relationship with licensed representatives, our clients can obtain excellent and competitive priced long term care policies for employees and their dependents. This type of coverage is becoming a necessity in todays world of longer life expectancy and high cost of nursing home or assisted living care. Employees can grow old with the peace of mind that they will be taken care of in their later years and their children will not have to bear the burden of the costs. The employer has the option of paying a portion of premium or allowing the employee to pay the full premium.

AFLAC Supplemental Insurance

AFLAC has designed their insurance program with the policyholder in mind. AFLAC Personal Accident Policies, Cancer Policies and Intensive Care Policies provide benefits beyond the limitations of typical mainstream policies and coverages. As with most of our benefit programs, the employer has the option of paying a portion of premium or allowing the employee to pay the full premium. Additionally, employees with adopting employers can purchase some benefits on a pre-tax basis through our Section 125 plan to suppliment existing health and accident coverage.

Christmas Club

| Our employer groups can provide an extra convenience benefit to their employees. Worksite employees can plan for the holidays and take advantage of our Christmas club and start saving early. The plan allows employees to set aside funds throughout the year by automatic payroll deduction, which is deposited in their Christmas account. |
