HR Services under Our Administrative Services Organization Structure

In some situations, the customary PEO (Professional Employer Organization) HR service structure may not work for some businesses or organizations. For those organizations, we provide an ASO (Administrative Services Organization) service structure. Under the ASO delivery platform, we can provide most all of the services that are bundled in the normal PEO solution on a menu selection basis. Additionally, under this structure, the client employer retains its complete status as statutory employer of record while we perform the day-to-day compliance processes for the employer (such as making payroll tax deposits).

The Menu of Services Available Under the ASO Service Structure Include:

- Payroll and check processing and direct deposit
- Tax withholdings and tax deposits
- Federal and state payroll tax filings and W-2's (filed under each client's name and employer account number)
- Policy management, wage compliance and records maintainence
- Unemployment management, claim management
- Worker's compensation coverage, loss control programs and OSHA compliance
- Employee benefit plan administration (client retains status as benefit plan sponsor)
